Consultation Overview
This is a rolling survey of every 5th customer requesting assistance.
Given out at point of service delivery it is analysed annually to give findings over the year.
Why are we Consulting
To gain feedback on the way the process is managed, and how satisfied or dissatisfied the customer was with the overall service provided and any additional information given.
