Consultation by the Joint Commissioning Team on the Bristol Children and Young People's Partnership: Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for commissioned services.
The framework explains how commissioned services will be performance managed, the relationships required between commissioners and providers to achieve success and how the impact of commissioned services on outcomes for children and young people will be reported within particular strategies, Bristol's Children and Young People's Plan and the Local Area Agreement.
Why We Are Consulting
The commissioning of services is increasingly becoming the key mechanism for achieving the priorities of the Children and Young People's Plan and it is important that where money is invested in individual services and whole programmes or strategies we are able to demonstrate clearly the impact and success of this investment.
