Leisure Partnership - National Benchmarking Service Reports
Overview
The Leisure Partnership uses the National Benchmarking Service (NBS) to record the satisfaction levels of customers of Cockermouth and Workington Leisure Centres. Face to face interviews are carried out in each facility with a wide range of questions regarding the customers’ experience at the facility. 309 customers were surveyed at Cockermouth and 350 at Workington.
Keswick Leisure Pool is not included in this survey as it doesn’t fit the NBS facility models; a similar survey was carried out by CN Group in 2008 and surveyed 300 customers.
