Why We Are Consulting
The proposed traffifc regulation orders have been designed to enable the free flow of traffic in and around Penrith during the Olympic Torch Relay, to facilitate the holding of the Relay, to enable members of the public to watch the progression of the Torch, and to reduce the disruption to traffic likely to be caused by the Torch Relay and the subsequent celebrations.
