Overview
We are proud to introduce our draft Integrated Risk Management Plan (IRMP) 2011-14. This plan will drive our vision for safer, stronger and more inclusive communities. It will also ensure that our strategies for prevention, protection, response, organisational development and the environment are based on effective risk analysis.
Why We Are Consulting
The plan is formally issued by Cumbria County Council, as the Fire and Rescue Authority, who are consulting and thus seeking your views on the content of the plan. The formal consultation period will run until noon on 27 August 2010
What Happens Next
We welcome your views on this draft Plan and your comments will assist us in the development and final production of our new 2011-14 IRMP and subsequent action plans. In order to offer some direction in formulating your response we have provided a number of consideration points in a detachable questionnaire, however, please comment on any matters you deem appropriate in order to assist us in delivering a value for money, efficient and effective Fire and Rescue Service.
Consultation commences on 25 June 2010 and will close on 27 August 2010. The Consultation will be undertaken in accordance with County Council guidance and HMG Code of Practice on consultation
