EDC Core Strategy Affordable Housing Consultation
Overview
The Core Strategy sets out the overall spatial strategy and key principles for development and land use. It provides the strategy and principles for other more detailed development plan documents. Eden District Council has amended Policy CS7 and CS10 of the Submitted Core Strategy as a result of evidence obtained from the recently completed Economic Viability Appraisal. The authority invites any further representations on this amended policy. The consultation period will run for a period of six weeks from Monday 26th October 2009 to Friday 4th December 2009.
