Community Voice Autumn 2011 Survey
Overview
Community Voice the citizens panel for Cumbria is a partnership including Cumbria County Council, Cumbria Police, Cumbria NHS and each fo the six district councils - Allerdale, Barrow, Carlsile, Copeland, Eden, and South Lakeland.
The survey sought panel member's views on a range of topics afecting people in Cumbria, with results expected to inform future police and service development across partnership prganisations.
Topics covered in the Autumn survey were:
- Local area - including parks and open spaces
- Healthy lifestyles
- Affordable homes
- The police in Cumbria
- The economy
- Household Waste Recycling centres; and
- Passenger transport Information.
What happens next
The survey results will be used in the Corporate Planning process and help Council Members decide the priorities of the Council.
Results
The results of the survey will be taken to Senior Management Team and will be used for the Corporate Planning process in 2012.
The results will also be published in the February issue of South Lakeland News
