The key theme is to establish if patients are aware of same sex accommodation in Rotherham. This will be reported to the Strategic Health Authority who will be putting out press releases.
This information will also help towards our DSSA compliance and guidelines.
To ensure that service users know that all our providers provide same sex accommodation and inform them of their rights to complain if they do not receive this.
