Overview

Survey was undertaken to establish whether people were happy with the service provided by ROHAS and that it meets their expectations.

Why We Are Consulting

To ensure the advice given to users was relevant and explained in a clear, concise way.

What Happens Next

A response rate of 49% was received, the results of the survey are attached.  Overall 96% of people surveyed said they would use the service again.
