Overview
The survey is designed to canvas the patients/users of the new Aston Joint Service Centre to find out what they think of the new building and the services offered within it.
Why We Are Consulting
The surgery has moved from an unfit for purposes building into brand new premises. An open day was held prior to the centre being open to the public where various concerns were raised. It is hoped that this survey will identify any problems/issues that patients may have and gauge their overall satisfaction with the surgery.
