Overview
This survey is aimed at Rotherham patients who go to Rotherham Hospital and also outside the area and used Patient Transport Services and East Midlands Ambulance Service.
Why We Are Consulting
The way patient transport is commissed has been changed instead of using Yorkshire Ambulance Service independent taxi firms have been asked to transport patients for their dialysis. We want to make sure that the services they say they are offering is actually being delivered.
