Overview

Local authorities are required to use a single local formula for funding the Early Years free entitlement in the maintained, private, voluntary and independent (PVI) sectors from April 2010. The purpose of this consultation is to get your opinions on the single pupil count and the single funding formula that is being developed in the London Borough of Sutton. Responses to this Consultation will be considered by the Early Years Consultative Group (EYCG) and the Formula Review Group at their meetings during the autumn term 2009 before a final decision is made. Changes resulting from this consultation will be implemented from April 2010.
